Do you ship internationally or to Canada?
NO, we will NOT ship anything outside the USA.

Can I call and talk to a MINI mechanic?
Our mechanics are busy working on cars all day. If they took every call, nothing would get done. The best way to get your questions answered is to email us through the Contact Us form. The right person will respond, and if needed, a tech will call you based on your email inquiry.
When will my order ship?
We have dedicated employees who spend their entire day shipping orders. Our goal is to ship within one business day of receiving your order. If something needs to be ordered or shipping takes longer than two days, we’ll email you to keep you updated.
When will I get tracking information?
Once your order is packaged, charged, and shipped, you’ll receive the tracking number in your Shipped email. You might even get it multiple times—because we want to be extra sure you have it! Tracking may come from UPS, FedEx, or Stamps.com.
How can I make an appointment for work on my MINI?
Use the Contact Us form to request an appointment. Keep in mind, we’re usually booked about two weeks in advance—so plan accordingly.
Can I skip shipping and pick up parts in-store?
YES! Select local pickup at checkout. Once we have your order ready, we’ll email or call you to let you know it’s ready for pickup. Just remember: orders are processed in the order they’re received, so the sooner you place yours, the sooner it’s ready!
How much will my repair cost?
We don’t know until we inspect your MINI. We don’t give blind quotes because:
- We’re not into bait-and-switch tactics.
- We’d rather not over-quote and risk scaring you off.
We diagnose the issue, provide an accurate price for approval, and explain exactly what’s needed before doing any work.
Can I bring my own parts?
Sorry, we don’t install customer-supplied parts unless it’s discussed and approved beforehand. You wouldn’t bring your own steak to a restaurant and ask them to cook it, right? Plus, we can’t warranty outside parts, so it’s best to let us handle everything.
Can I have my car dropped off without an appointment?
No. Please contact us first to ensure we have space to park it safely and the time to work on it.
Will calling multiple times in an hour help me?
NO. That’s what we call "stalker ex-girlfriend syndrome." We’re not the police or fire department—no MINI emergency requires immediate action. Imagine someone blowing up your phone with a question—it’s annoying. Don’t be “that guy.”
Emailing us is faster and far less irritating.
When I call, can I talk to a man?
Wow. Sexist much? All of our staff drive MINIs, know their stuff, and have been with us for years—regardless of gender. If a mechanic needs to answer your question, you’ll be directed to email for a response.
