Forge Intercooler Cooper S F55 F56

Forge Front Mount Intercooler for 2014+ F55 and F56 MINI Cooper S and NOW JOHN COOPER WORKS.

Forge Motorsport is proud to present their intercooler for the MINI Cooper S F56 Chassis (2014-on) As the originators of the stepped core design way back in 2006, Forge was best placed within the market to call on their vast expertise in order to deliver a direct fit intercooler that would enhance the performance potential of the F56 2.0 turbo engine. The core offers a 63% increase in frontal area over stock and a correspondingly large increase in volume of 57%. The end tanks are cast aluminium, made from 3D printed prototypes that is manufactured by Forge in their dedicated R&D facility in Gloucester, UK. The tube and fin core they used comes after months of testing different core designs and opting for the core with best internal and external airflow.
Fitment of the core is involved but straightforward using the instructions that we provide, together with a full fitting kit. No cutting is required, this core simply replaces the original.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR JCW MODEL Make sure you select JCW in the Model as the intercooler is different.

All around great FMIC. Definitely feel the increase in horse power as long as more engine, BOV, and exhaust noise.
