Shifter Box Conversion Kit for 2002-2004 R53 MINI Cooper S with old white shifter box. Currently we are seeing these early white shifter boxes having broken shifter cables which are not currently avail until Oct. This will convert your MINI to the new style shifter box so in the future parts should be easier to get.
