WMW Cylinder Head Rebuild Service for 2007-2013 R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 R60 R61 MINI Cooper and Cooper S. As you know Way Motor Works has a full service MINI repair shop. So after finding so many reports of people not being able to get their cylinder head repaired and them having to spend big bucks to replace. We are now offering our Cylinder Head rebuild service to customers that ship their cylinder heads to us. Once we get your cylinder head we will clean the head, then inspect and crack check it, check valve guides, then pressure test. After we have gone through the inspection process we will call you and let you know what we have found and est the cost to rebuild it if possible. We can do all MINI cylinder heads N12 N14 N16 N18 engine. Rebuild Process: clean, inspect, pressure test Then call you with quote for repairs Repairs we then perform as needed: Replace valve guides if necessary Repair any fixable cracks Grind and/or replace valves Install new valve stem seals Deck Head Surface if necessary Reassemble cylinder head How we do it is you send the head to us and there is a $150 charge to clean and inspect/dismantle the head. After that we will work up a quote if the head is fixable for what all it needs and call you. If the head is not fixable you are only charged the $150. If you decline the repairs you are only charged the 150, if you do agree to the cost of repair the $150 is part of the cost. Then we ship the head back to you once finished. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, if the head is not fixable and you want it back you will need to pay for that, if not we will scrap it for you.
